Santa Paula Regional Sports Park: Coming Soon!
The City of Santa Paula currently has approximately 1.2
acres of park space per 1,000 residents, well below the National Recreation and Park Association median of 9.9 acres per 1,000 residents. The Santa Paula Creek Sports Park is a brand new 37 acre sports and entertainment complex that will more than double Santa Paula’s park space and provide opportunities for recreation that residents deserve.
Nestled between beautiful citrus and avocado orchards and the new Limoneira housing development north of Highway 126 on the east side of town, this park is in one of the finest locations in Ventura County. As the park is built in phases, it will consist of an amphitheater for concerts and live performances, multiple sports courts and fields, a community garden, an inclusive playground, BBQ pavilions, and limitless recreation options in one of the most scenic settings in California. Construction of the Park and Sports Complex begins in Winter 2022.
Santa Paula Creek Sports Park Foundation
While the City of Santa Paula will operate the park, the Santa Paula Creek Sports Park Foundation was formed in order to raise an endowment to maintain and enhance the facilities for years to come adequately.
