Due to the COVID-19 emergency the  $3.95 convenience fee will be waived for each transaction.

Pay by Mail

In the mailing envelope provided with your bill, please provide a check or money order made payable to City of Santa Paula for the amount due. Please do not enclose cash or coin. Please mail to:

Pay Automatically                                                                      

The City of Santa Paula is pleased to offer an automatic payment option of City utility bills. By filling out the form available at the link below, you will be authorizing the City of Santa Paula to withdraw on the 10th calendar day of each month, the balance of the designated Water/Sewer/Refuse account.

Pay in Person/Dropbox

City billing counter hours are 9:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm Monday - Friday (closed alternate Fridays).  Santa Paula Water customers can also use the 24-hour Drop Box located in front of Santa Paula City Hall at 970 Ventura St, Santa Paula, CA 93061.

Please note, Drop Box payments are credited to the account the next business day.
