Utility Billing and Finance | Modified To reach the Finance Department we encourage you to contact us at (805) 933‐4211 or for utility payments direct your call to (805) 933-4211 and press ’0’. Utility Payments can be made at the drop box located outside City Hall (970 Ventura St, Santa Paula, CA 93060). Utility Billing counter in City Hall will be open Monday – Thursday from 9:00am – noon, starting Tuesday, January 19, 2021. The same hours will apply to the alternate Fridays the City is open. A receipt can be provided with a valid email address and phone number. |

City Utility Bills
| Modified We encourage residents to take advantage of ways to pay bills online. (Find out more on our Payments and Permits Center webpage.) We will share information regarding other potential bill-paying options for residents as details become available. Utility Billing counter in City Hall will be open Monday – Thursday from 9:00am – noon, starting Tuesday, January 19, 2021. The same hours will apply to the alternate Fridays the City is open. Please note that the City is not issuing water shut-offs during this time, due to the implementation of California Senate Bill 998. |
Parking Enforcement | Modified The city is currently conducting parking enforcement throughout the city with some modifications. We know it can be hard to move your cars with the COVID-19 crisis. Street sweepers will work around parked vehicles, but please move your car if you can to help keep our city clean. Residents unable to move their cars who have received parking tickets may appeal the citation by contacting (805) 525-4474, completing an appeal form at the police department or going to https://www.parkingticketpayment.com/appeals6/index.php?imsvil=5U. |
