HARVARD BLVD. SEWER PIPELINE, WATER MAINLINE, AND PAVEMENT REPLACEMENT PROJECT HAS BEGUN!!!
The City of Santa Paula's upcoming project on Harvard Blvd. has begun. This project will take place between 10th Street and Peck Road. This project involves sewer replacement, water main replacement and pavement rehabilitation.
The construction will be performed by Toro Enterprises, Inc. and is anticipated to take approximately a year and a half, starting in September, 2022 and ending in Spring 2024. It will involve periodic traffic disruptions, heavy equipment, and possible detours.
The City’s multi-year infrastructure project will increase the longevity of both the potable water and sewer mainlines as well as improve roadway and sidewalk access along Harvard Blvd.
The City is committed to doing all they can to minimize disruption to residents and businesses during the construction phase.

COMPLETED PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE AND STREETS PROJECTS:
The repairs to several City streets, which are part of the 5-year Pavement Maintenance Program have been completed. J&H Contractors complete a full width grind and asphalt overlay on the following City streets: Saticoy Street, Virginia Terrace, Santa Paula Street, Santa Barbara Street, and Dean Drive.
Additionally, there were several curbs that were reconstructed at the following locations:

Understanding Pavement Management Made Easy by the City of Santa Paula - Video Release May 28, 2020
The City of Santa Paula is excited to unveil the release of two educational videos on pavement management for its residents. The first video, Pavement Management 101, provides insight into the complex process and considerations for managing Santa Paula’s streets and roads, while the second video, 2020-2025 Pavement Management Plan, overviews the plans and projects planned over the next 5 years.
