ACT - Our Mission and Vision:

All Children Thrive (ACT) is a community-led movement launched by California cities. ACT is designed to transform how cities address childhood trauma and focus on improving child and family well-being. ACT brings together community members with city staff and elected officials to create policies, programs, and resources to address underlying conditions that lead to childhood trauma and advance opportunities that foster child well being.
ACT Santa Paula's mission is to make a lasting impact through awareness, acknowledgment, and city change in the Community of Santa Paula.
