“The Hazardous Truth: The Criminal Investigation into the 2014 Santa Clara Waste Water Explosion” is a special presentation being held Nov. 2, at which Jeff Barry, chief investigator for the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office case, will detail the incident and challenging probe that resulted in 71 charges against nine SCWW managers and employees.

Spanish language interpreters will be available; masks required.
