What are the City's rules about short-term rentals (AirBnB, etc.)?: The City does not currently allow short-term rentals (STR). There are no plans to adopt an ordinance or program for STR as it was determined that there is insufficient current demand to justify the cost. If this changes in the future, the City may pursue it.
